Data Deletion
Effective date: August 26, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of the data Alsoftia holds about you — including data obtained when you connect Google Ads and Meta/Facebook accounts, and browsing data collected by our tracking cookie. It serves as the public data deletion instructions required by Meta for platform apps.
What data we may hold about you
- Your Alsoftia account data: name, email address and contact information;
- Ad account data connected via OAuth (Google Ads and Meta/Facebook): campaigns, ad sets, ads, costs and metrics, plus access tokens;
- Browsing data collected on websites that use our technology: the first-party cookie
lm_cid(90-day lifetime), pages visited, UTMs and click identifiers (gclid,fbclid); - Conversion data sent by sales platforms (amount, currency, order identifier).
Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How to delete your data
1Request deletion by email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", stating the email address used on your Alsoftia account (or the email of the Google/Meta account you connected). No justification is needed.
We will delete your account and all associated data — including OAuth tokens and all data obtained from Google and Meta APIs — within 30 days, and we will send you an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
2Revoke Alsoftia's access on Google
Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Alsoftia in the list of connected apps and click "Remove access". From that moment on, Alsoftia can no longer read any data from your Google account.
3Revoke Alsoftia's access on Meta/Facebook
Go to your Facebook Business Integrations (Settings → Business integrations), find Alsoftia and click "Remove". When removing it, you can also tick the option to delete the information the app has received. From that moment on, Alsoftia can no longer read any data from your Meta accounts.
4Delete the tracking cookie from your browser
If you visited a website that uses Alsoftia's technology, the first-party cookie lm_cid may be stored in your browser. To remove it, clear cookies in your browser settings (typically: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cookies). This cookie also expires automatically after 90 days and contains no name, email or anything that directly identifies you.
Note: revoking access on Google or Meta (steps 2 and 3) stops new data collection, but does not erase what has already been synchronized to our servers. For complete deletion of the data already stored, please also submit the request described in step 1.
Timeline and confirmation
Deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete. Some records may be kept longer only where retention is required by law (for example, tax records), in which case they remain isolated and protected until the legal period ends.
